Established in 1962, the Nightcliff Dragons are a storied and prestigious rugby league team proudly based in the Northern Territory. As one of the oldest clubs in the region, we have a rich heritage and a strong presence in the Darwin Rugby League competition. Join us as we continue to make history both on and off the field.

The Dragons have a strong community presence and are known for our competitive spirit and dedication to the sport. We have contributed significantly to the development of rugby league in the Northern Territory, nurturing local talent and promoting the game among youth and adults alike. Our club's colours are red, green, and white, and we have a passionate supporter base that rallies behind us during matches.
Our home ground is located in the suburb of Nightcliff, providing a central hub for rugby league enthusiasts in the area. We continue to be a cornerstone of the local rugby league scene, fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and community engagement.

Junior league is a fantastic opportunity for both boys and girls to develop new skills & build self confidence whilst making new friends in a fun, enjoyable and safe team environment. Supervised by Qualified Coaches, Sports Trainers and Referees.
The Dragons are a family orientated club with a focus on equal & fair playing time for all players.

The Nightcliff Dragons have a proud history of offering players an opportunity to play in senior grades. We will be fielding A Grade, B Grade, U18s and Women’s teams.
